Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy describes the terms that apply to recurring purchases made through Purevance ("Purevance," "we," "our," or "us"). By enrolling in a subscription through trypurevance.com, you agree to this Policy in addition to our Terms of Service, Payment Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.

Subscription Program

Customers who select a subscription option are enrolling in an automatically renewing purchase program that delivers products at the interval selected during checkout.

Unless canceled in accordance with this Policy, subscriptions will continue to renew automatically.

Billing and Renewal

Automatic Renewal

All subscriptions renew automatically on an ongoing basis until canceled by the customer.

Initial Payment

The first subscription payment is collected when the order is placed at checkout.

Recurring Billing

After the initial order, the payment method provided at checkout will be charged automatically according to the selected delivery frequency (for example, every 30 days) unless the subscription is canceled before the next scheduled billing date.

Subscription Pricing

The recurring price displayed during checkout is the amount charged for each scheduled subscription shipment, excluding applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

If subscription pricing changes in the future, notice will be provided where required by applicable law before any updated pricing takes effect.

Shipping and Delivery

Subscription orders are fulfilled using the same shipping methods, processing times, and delivery procedures outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Managing Your Subscription

Customers may update, manage, or cancel an active subscription at any time by:

After cancellation is confirmed, future subscription charges will stop, and no additional subscription orders will be generated.

Refunds and Subscription Orders

Purevance reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription offerings at any time.
